About the opportunity

In your inside sales role, you will work in a stand-alone position where you will connect with customers, maintain relationships, support sales representatives, create leads and build foundation protocols. Supporting a market leading range of products in a unique market. Be genuinely committed to customer satisfaction and be given opportunities to grow and advance your career.

Duties

• Proactively work with customers
• Explain additional benefits of products
• Conduct follow up calls for general enquiries, product enquiries, and pricing
• Manage multiple communication channels
• Manage customer details in CRM system
• To act as a liaison between the organisation and customers
• Meet monthly KPI's in adherence to the organisational target

Skills and Experience

• Experience in customer service and tele-sales required
• Exposure to Salesforce is desirable but not necessary
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Exposure to animal health - veterinary nurses are encouraged to apply
• Service minded, proactive and hands on
• Ability to work autonomously and multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Objection handling skills and experience generating leads desirable
