About the Company

Established over 30 years ago, this company is the leading manufacturer and supplier of surgical packs, consumables and devices. 

About the Opportunity 

A new and exciting role to join the HR team within this organisation. In your new role as HR Coordinator, you will work closely with the existing HR team to provide assistance across many functions of HR. 

Duties 
  • Conduct end to end recruitment, sourcing, interviews, reference checks, on boarding.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for the company.
  • New employee inductions.
  • Liaise with many internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Head of HR for reporting analysis etc.

Skills and Experience 
  • Strong interpersonal and organisation skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running with an innovative mindset
  • Knowledge of Labour Laws 
  • Knowledge of Medical industry highly regarded 
  • HR Qualifications are preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrated previous experience in a HR role
