About the company

About the opportunity
This HR Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with and establishing strong connections with senior stakeholders within the business. They will be responsible for collaborating with executives, taking a proactive approach; tapping into both operational functions whilst maintaining a strategic outlook.
 
Duties
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and executives across operations and shared services
  • Cultivate robust cross-functional relationships and fostering collaboration
  • Implement and be a part of learning and development initiatives
  • Execute and deliver engagement strategies
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders for performance enhancement, coaching managers on HR and ER matters, and contributing to workforce planning.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in change management.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative HR solutions
