About the opportunity

Our client is seeking to appoint an accomplished and patient focused Hospital Specialist Representative in a full time, permanent opportunity.

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will manage a defined New South Wales territory and be responsible for increasing market share and developing new growth opportunities, whilst building and fostering relationships with key specialists, including psychiatrists.

Duties

• Drive through sales and market share growth on your territory including Liverpool, Campbelltown and Wollongong/Shellharbour

• Build relationships with key customer groups of Psychiatrists, Mental Health Nurses; Public Hospitals, Public & Private Clinics and Allied Health networks

• Apply a key account management strategy to your territory

Skills and Experience

• Proven sales track record in a competitive sales hospital environment in Australia;

• Ability to build and manage customers and internal stakeholders;

• Superior business acumen and analytical skills;

• An ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and to acquire a high level of product and therapeutic knowledge;

• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with multiple divisions;

• Relevant Business or Medical related tertiary degree
