About the opportunity

As a Pharmaceutical Hospital Sales Representative, you will partner with key stakeholders across Private & Public hospitals covering the North Queensland region - that is Brisbane North - Sunshine Coast - Rockhampton - Mackay - Bundaberg - Hervey Bay. Due to an internal promotion, this role is being offered as a 12-month contract initially.

Duties

• Achieve sales targets
• Target potential growth areas/new customers
• Implement strategies for growth within the area
• Participate in tender processes
• Develop & maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Conduct market research/analysis to highlight opportunities
• Reporting & planning as required
• Provide on-site training as required

Skills and Experience

• Proven Pharmaceutical hospital sales experience
• Established customer relationships with Oncologists
• Ability to develop & drive new growth opportunities through innovative business planning
• Ability to interpret clinical information to ensure patients are receiving appropriate care
• Research and utilise competitor knowledge to increase sales
• Demonstrate strong ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
• Demonstrated examples of working within a competitive market
• Tertiary qualifications in a related Health Discipline - Science, Nursing
