About the Role:
This role would suit someone with a high level of business acumen. You will report directly to the practice owner. You will lead operations focusing on networking with agencies, prospective doctors and working to create a long term pipeline of GPs that can be onboarded. This role would suit someone who is highly ambitious and who is ready to upskill within marketing, data-management, sales development, and legislative comprehension.

Duties:

• Identify relevant GPs using existing network, candidate platforms and referral programs
• Advertise roles effectively
• Interview potential candidates
• Manage the database of Doctors information and communications
• Coordinate with Practice Managers to successfully onboard new GPs
• Implement processes to improve and enhance recruitment activities
• Oversee and lead 3 Practice Managers
• Maintain and engage relationships with GPs in the network

 
Skills and Experience:

• Experience in recruitment or business is an advantage
• Background in the medical industry
• Ability to manage a strong pipeline of GPs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM systems
• High levels of organisation
