- 30 patients from day one

- Specialisation opportunities in skin cancer procedures
- High socio-economic patient base
- Diverse patient demographic with a focus on CDM
- Full-time nursing support on-site-aid with CDM and procedural support
- 5GPs currently onsite, that do a mix of PTE and FTE
- 15 min drive from anywhere in the shire
- Large patient base with an average of 4 per hour per GP
- Utilises Best Practice medical software
