The Clinic is one of two that are owned by the same GP in the Hills District. Located in Rouse Hill (2155), highly desirable location to remain close to home across North and Western Sydney.

About the Practice:

• In operation for over 10 years, the clinic is well-established

• Set in a small shopping village with many complimentary services nearby

• Clinic is a boutique community clinic with over 10k active patients

• Maximum of 3 General Practitioners in the clinic at any time

• Allied health and pathology services on-site with pharmacy and imaging in the same complex

• Procedural room available for a doctor with an interest in skin cancer/ cosmetics

• Best Practice software

What else you will want to know:

• The clinic has an excess of patients in demand of men's health, female health, and geriatrics.

• Contract has flexibility, currently there are no outstanding restrictions.

• Owner is a IMG FRACGP who has worked in Sydney for over 15 years.

• Average of 1.6 patients per hour is achieved through utilising Nurse support.

• Average billings are between $2100- $2500 daily.

• Roster availability- full or part time (ideally 2 sessions per workday).
