- 65% of billings – all consults are privately charged (BB U5 and care plans)
- Established patient base will be immediately absorbed
- Easily bill $2000+ per day immediately
- Owned and operated by General Practitioners – understand how to make GPs happy
- Replace a GP that has retired (was working 3 days per week)
- Team of 4 GPs working currently – skin cancer and procedural skills highly utilised
- 2 permanent RNs and 1 casual RN
- Clinic has been established for 20 years with an extensive patient base
- 5 consultation rooms – can be set up however you like
- Use Best Practice – can provide extensive assistance and training if required
- Allied health and pathology on-site with a pharmacy within walking distance
- Patient base is very diverse – have the freedom to see the clientele you most desire
- AGPAL accredited with strong processes in place to drive efficiency and profitability
- Practice manager and support team are extensively trained
