Our clinic is a multi-disciplinary GP precinct that offers a range of services to their patients. Operating as a mixed billing medical centre with a strong and ethical approach to drug seekers. Requiring a new GP to keep up with patient demand which could see an incoming GP seeing 40+ patients on their first day.

The Clinic:

• Located in suburban Cairns in proximity to schooling and shopping centres
• Privately owned and operated medical centre
• Clinic currently consists of 8 GPs with allied health on site
• Vacancy exists to meet patient demand - current GPs booked out in advance
• Large practice with 14 room consulting rooms, 2 procedure rooms for all skin and Mirena
• Strong allied health offering on-site
• Full time on-site Practice Manager, Admin team and Support staff
• Practice principle can offer strategic training on how to utilise the MBS to generate further income
• Clinic open 7 days per week - various rostering options available

• Currently turning away 40+ patients per day - a new doctor will develop a patient base within 2 weeks
• Current GPs currently see 5 patients per hour
• Mixed billing clinic offering 70% of billings - Gross billings exceeding $2000 a day
• Large consulting rooms
• 3 full-time nurses - all trained in CDM and health assessments
• High level of skin and sexual health support
• Use best practice with training available to utilise the software efficiently
• NO DRUG SEEKERS
