About the Opportunity
As a Business Manager in this full-time, permanent role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping and supporting the financial health of a dynamic healthcare environment. Reporting to the Senior Business Manager, you’ll deliver expert advice, develop business cases, analyse financial performance, and ensure operational efficiency across departments.
This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and making data-driven decisions that positively impact both clinical outcomes and business success.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality financial modelling and strategic analysis to inform leadership decisions.
Support budgeting processes and long-term financial planning initiatives.
Develop and assess business cases aligned to key operational goals.
Monitor and report on efficiency and cost-saving initiatives across business units.
Engage with key stakeholders across departments to deliver informed financial support.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in financial systems.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
Strong experience in financial management, reporting, and modelling.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and contribute to business case development.
Confidence in analysing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
Experience working in large, complex environments – healthcare or public sector experience is desirable.
High-level communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CA desirable).
