About the Opportunity

As a Business Manager in this full-time, permanent role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping and supporting the financial health of a dynamic healthcare environment. Reporting to the Senior Business Manager, you’ll deliver expert advice, develop business cases, analyse financial performance, and ensure operational efficiency across departments.

This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and making data-driven decisions that positively impact both clinical outcomes and business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality financial modelling and strategic analysis to inform leadership decisions.

  • Support budgeting processes and long-term financial planning initiatives.

  • Develop and assess business cases aligned to key operational goals.

  • Monitor and report on efficiency and cost-saving initiatives across business units.

  • Engage with key stakeholders across departments to deliver informed financial support.

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in financial systems.


Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Strong experience in financial management, reporting, and modelling.

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and contribute to business case development.

  • Confidence in analysing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.

  • Experience working in large, complex environments – healthcare or public sector experience is desirable.

  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

  • A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CA desirable).
