About the Opportunity
Join the team as a Field Service Engineer, contributing significantly to the maintenance and performance of medical aesthetic products. Your role will involve installing, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software products to ensure optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform installations, repairs, and calibration of laser systems and sub-assemblies at customer sites
- Deliver comprehensive training on instrument and sample preparation to customers
- Respond promptly to emergency service requests and perform Preventative Maintenance
- Maintain accurate and organized service records while monitoring customer accounts
- Provide on-site technical support for workshops and events
- Identify and report potential equipment issues to supervisors
- Contribute to company improvement projects
- Cultivate strong customer relations and expand product knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical engineering or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant field service experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting medical electronics equipment
- Familiarity with Laser technology and applications
- Strong computer skills, including DOS, Word, Excel, and Salesforce
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
