About the opportunity This company are currently seeking an experienced Executive/Admin Assistant to support members of the Operational Leadership Team (OLT).
Responsibilities • Calendar management • Expense management • Administration eg organising meetings, morning teas, functions, presentations – pulling together PowerPoint presentations and other documentation • Coordination of site tours – being the contact point for site tours and coordinating the tour, arranging the internal attendees • General support for three departments
Skills and Experience • 3-5 yrs previous EA / Admin experience • Highly organised • Highly proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Decision making skills • Customer oriented, collaborative, and patient • Work well with a team and with the other EAs
MUST have full working rights within Australia
