About the opportunity
This company are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to support members of the Engineering team. This role would ideally suit a recent engineering graduate or student later in their studies seeking experience.
Responsibilities
- Undertake a variety of administration tasks to support the engineering team The role entails working with the engineers to manage equipment delivery, equipment inspections against specifications, writing up reports using existing templates and accepting equipment into the facility.
- Other admin duties as required by the engineering manager
- Creation of job packs (mainly for elastomer and hose replacements)
- Set-up of Planned Maintenance in SAP
- Creation of equipment and Planned Maintenance Bill of Materials
- Supporting Corrective and Preventative Action closeout
- May need to climb ladder occasionally
- Working in a clean area, small risk of exposure to plasma
- Highly organised
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Decision making skills
- Customer oriented, collaborative, and patient
- Studying or have completed a degree in Engineering
- Must have full working rights with Australia
