About the opportunity

In this newly created role for Australia as the e-Commerce Manager you will focus on driving commerce partnerships for your portfolio across the ANZ region. Through the setting of strategic plans, you will deliver on revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.


Duties

• You will ensure the execution of a close loop customer-centric programs across pre-store, in-store and post-store stages of the consumer journey.
• You will continue to build strong partners' relationships with key stakeholders
• You will develop & execute on strategic initiatives and programs, integrating online and offline dynamic.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in an e-Commerce role
• Experience in building strategic partnerships with customers across all levels
• Experience in handling sales & key accounts preferably from FMCG, Retail, or eCommerce industry with good knowledge of brand & category management
• Demonstrated success with innovative solutions to grow market share
• Engaging & passionate communicator that can lead people on the journey
• A person that can take ownership & deliver results
• High degree of commercial acumen
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelors degree
