About the opportunity Become an integral piece of a strong, motivated, and driven Customer Service team. Be genuinely committed to customer satisfaction and you will grow and advance your career. In your new customer service role you will report directly to the customer service manager, you will be joining an established Customer Service team. You will be required to have high attention to detail and great communication skills. Previous optical experience is desirable in an order processing role or retail environment. Responsibilities
Data entry and processing orders
Talk directly with optometrists and optical dispensers
Assist customers with product enquires and tracking orders
Product knowledge
Prepare credits and returns
Maintaining relationships with customers
Communicating with production and dispatch
Skills and Experience
Optical dispensing knowledge in a corporate or retail environment is essential
Experience in a technical industry with a high level of SKU's is advantageous
Certificate 4 in optical dispensing is advantageous but not essential
Great communication skills
Ability to time manage
High attention to detail
Ability to problem solving
