About the opportunity

In your new customer service role, you will report directly to the customer service manager and part of a team of Technical Customer Service Representatives. You will be required to have high attention to detail and great communication skills. You will need to be compassionate and understanding when dealing with customer queries.

You will be a part of a friendly and vibrant team, which strives on building relationships both internally and externally.

  • Must be available for shift work including afternoon, evenings and overnight.
  • Flexible working with the option to work from home
  • Full time & permanent position

Duties

Your daily duties would include:

  • Provide technical support through troubleshooting with medical device and supporting apps, communicating directly with patients
  • Assisting with manufacturing claims
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams when required
  • Ordering replacement or new product orders

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a Customer Service Representative or Technical Support role in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare , Medical or FMCG industry - call centre experience is also considered
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate with experience with ERP systems desirable
  • Flexible with shift work including evenings
