Customer Service Representative

About the opportunity

In your new Customer Service Representative role you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager. You will be required to have excellent communication and attention to detail skills, processing orders via email and phone. You will be required to liaise with medical professionals, provide delivery information in a high volume and deadline driven environment.

Duties

Your daily duties would include:

Process orders via ERP system - via email and phone

Liaise with hospitals and distribution centres across Australia,

Assisting customers with account enquiries

Hours

Week 1: 7am - 3pm

Week 2: 8am - 4pm

Week 3: 10am - 6pm

Week 4: 1pm - 9pm

Skills and Experience

Previous experience dealing direct with customer enquiries

Clear and concise communication skills

Strong work ethic

Healthcare experience desirable
