About the opportunity

Reporting into the Customer Service Team Leader, your role will be to develop relationships cross functionally and externally, ensuring you are delivering superior service to healthcare professionals. You will be the first point of contact for product enquiries, technical support and orders, and be required to have excellent communication skills.

Duties

  • Process incoming orders on SAP
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Provide ETA's to healthcare professionals and updates for orders on backorder
  • Other administrative duties if required
  • Maintain and build relationships with customers, pharmacies, hospitals and internal teams

Skills and Experience

  • Experience processing orders in SAP essential
  • Previous experience in Health Care industry desirable
  • Strong communication both verbal and written
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise
  • Strong business acumen
