About the opportunity

In your new customer service role, you will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure Medical Devices are delivered to meet customer needs. You will join a dedicated team of individuals in ensuring you process order to invoice for key accounts.

Duties

• Processing customer orders on SAP
• Liaise with manufacturing and freight for tracking of orders
• Handling of exchanges and returns
• Reporting on fulfilment and stock availability for customers and commercial teams

Skills and Experience

• Customer service experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry preferred
• SAP experience essential
• Excel skills
• Good communication skills
• Positive ''can do'' attitude
