About the opportunity

Join a welcoming and professional Customer Service team. Reporting to a highly supportive manager you will utilise your passion for customer service, high attention to detail, ability to problem solve and build relationships with customers.

Duties

• Being the first point of contact for the Customers & Sales reps
• Process incoming orders, returns and credits
• Respond to calls from customers and health care professionals and assist with queries
• Utilise various communication methods in a timely manner- telephone & email
• Maintain and build relationships with customers
• Manage export documentations & consignment stock

Skills and Experience

• Experience working in CRM systems
• Previous experience in Healthcare industry- Preferably Medical Devices
• Must have worked in a Customer Service role with order processing
• High level communicator both written and verbal
• Strong business acumen
