About the company

Our client looks to provide effective treatments quickly and economically to provide the best level of service possible enhancing the quality of life to patients all over the world. 
 
About the opportunity 
Join an established and accomplished customer service team of 30, in the order entry team. Using SAP & Zendesk, your main goal will be to accurately and effectively process orders ahead of cut off times, answer customer enquiries, and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure patients receive the products and care required in a timely manner. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, with the view to go permanent for the right candidate showing the right skills and uptick with training.
 
Duties  
  • Use SAP to process orders for Australian customers.
  • Taking inbound and outbound calls with customers for general enquiries.
  • Manage workflow and delegate tasks to ensure productivity and KPI's are achieved.  
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and 3pl to ensure orders are delivered on time, updating customers on ETA's.
  • Ensure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly, and escalated when required.

 
Skills and Experience 
  • Previous experience in Customer Service in a Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or FMCG organisation.
  • Experience with consignment stock is highly valued in this role.
  • SAP & Salesforce knowledge and experience is highly valued.
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary, both verbal and written form.
