  • Work directly for a pharmaceutical company
  • 20 hours per week – days either Friday, Monday or Thursday
  • Perm Part-time role

Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturer. Mainly a producer of blood plasma-based products, a field in which it is the European leader and largest worldwide, the company also supplies devices, instruments, and reagents for clinical testing laboratories.

About the opportunity 

The role of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to provide an effective interface between our client and its customers.

Skills and Experience

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required.

  • Customer orientated with demonstrated ability to work in a customer service role.
  • SAP experience essential (order processing, delivery, reporting experience)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Level Microsoft Office an advantage
  • Experience in working for a global healthcare company would be highly regarded.
