About the opportunity
The role of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to provide an effective interface between our client and its customers. The CSR provides support to processing surgical consignment, loan and customer sales orders, including case bookings. Key customers include hospitals (public and private). The CSR is required to understand the customers' requirements and the company's capability of meeting these. You will manage1 the customer's expectations of clients service, and ensures that these expectations are met and exceeded wherever possible. Important to success in the role is a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.


Skills & Experience

•Must have full working rights within Australia
•Proven experience in a customer service/ supply chain environment
•SAP or other ERP order management experience
•Exposure to the medical device industry
•Good understanding of warehousing and transportation methodologies
•Minimum Intermediate Excel Skills
•Well-developed computer proficiency in MS Office
Desirable
•Experience in customer EDI orders
•Exposure to Esker order management system
