About the opportunity

In your new customer service role, you will report directly to the customer service manager and part of a team of 5 Customer Service Representatives. You will be required to have an understanding of JDE, strong communication skills and attention to detail, ensuring medical devices are delivered to healthcare professionals on time. You will need to be comfortable handling high volume enquiries and processing orders.

Duties

Your daily duties would include:

  • Process orders using JDE
  • Assist with high volume ETA enquiries
  • Process invoice requests
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams when required
  • Handle credits and debits
  • Manage phone calls and email enquiries surrounding delivery updates, pricing, and quotes

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a Customer Service Representative position in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate with experience using JDE highly desirable
  • Comfortable with remote working when required
