About the opportunity
Join a professional and established Customer Service team, utilising your ability to problem solve and build relationships with customers. Reporting to a highly regarded and knowledgeable Customer Service Manager that focuses on supporting and developing your success.
Duties
Respond to calls from customers and health care professionals and assist with queries
Order entry and fulfilment
Provide excellent customer serviced through effective communication
Maintain and build relationships with customers
Responsible for completing all administration in an accurate and timely manner
Skills and Experience
Customer Service experience preferably within the health care industry
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
High attention to detail
Computer literate
Good problem solving skills
Proactive and self-motivated individual
