About the opportunity In your new customer service role you will report directly to the customer service supervisor, working as part of a driven and dedicated team. You will be required to have high attention to detail and great communication skills. You will need to be compassionate and understanding when dealing with customer queries. You will be a part of a friendly and vibrant team, which strives on building relationships both internally and externally.
Duties
Data entry and processing orders
Answering calls and emails
Processing claims, credits and returns
Provide a high level of Customer Service
Ensure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly, and escalated when required
Assist customers with product enquires and tracking orders
Product knowledge
Maintaining relationships with customers
Communicating with production and dispatch
Skills and Experience
Experience in customer service environment preferably a corporate environment
Science graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication skills
Moderate understanding of Microsoft office
Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
Professional interpersonal skills
