Duties
- Data entry and processing orders
- Answering calls and emails
- Processing claims, credits and returns
- Provide a high level of Customer Service
- Ensure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly, and escalated when required
- Assist customers with product enquires and tracking orders
- Product knowledge
- Maintaining relationships with customers
- Communicating with production and dispatch
- Experience in customer service environment preferably a corporate environment
- Science graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills
- Moderate understanding of Microsoft office
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
- Professional interpersonal skills
