Reporting to a highly supportive manager you will utilise your passion for customer service, high attention to detail, ability to problem solve and build relationships with customers. Ability to problem solve and work cohesively with stakeholders and sales representatives. Be genuinely committed to patient and customer satisfaction and you will grow and advance your career.

Duties

• Being the first point of contact for the Customers & Sales reps
• Process incoming orders, returns and credits through SAP
• Respond to calls from customers and health care professionals and assist with queries
• Utilise various communication methods in a timely manner- telephone & email
• Maintain and build relationships with customers
• Compliant resolution and escalation
• Manage export documentations & consignment stock

Skills and Experience

• Experience working in CRM systems
• Previous experience in healthcare industry- preferably medical devices
• Must have worked in a customer service role with order processing
• High level communicator both written and verbal
• Strong business acumen
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
