Role

Join a growing and evolving Customer Service team, utilising your ability to problem solve and build relationships with customers. Reporting to a highly regarded and knowledgeable Customer Experience Manager that focuses on supporting and developing your success, your main focus will be to take ownership of credits & returns for the company.

Duties

• Manage full process of credits, returns, rebates
• Respond to calls from customers and HCPs and assist with queries
• Order entry and management
• Maintain and build relationships with customers
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders across the business
• Responsible for completing all administration in an accurate and timely manner

Skills and Experience

• Must have previous experience managing credits, returns, rebates
• Previous Customer Service in the healthcare industry
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Corporate Experience within a Multi-National Organisation
• Strong attention to detail and capability to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to problem solve
