Role
Join a growing and evolving Customer Service team, utilising your ability to problem solve and build relationships with customers. Reporting to a highly regarded and knowledgeable Customer Experience Manager that focuses on supporting and developing your success, your main focus will be to take ownership of credits & returns for the company.
Duties
- Manage full process of credits, returns, rebates
- Respond to calls from customers and HCPs and assist with queries
- Order entry and management
- Maintain and build relationships with customers
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders across the business
- Responsible for completing all administration in an accurate and timely manner
Skills and Experience
- Must have previous experience managing credits, returns, rebates
- Previous Customer Service in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Corporate Experience within a Multi-National Organisation
- Strong attention to detail and capability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to problem solve
