Duties

Your daily duties would include:

  • Motivating the team to provide high level customer service
  • Manage workflow and delegate tasks to ensure productivity and KPI's are achieved
  • Maintain relationship with large team across Australia and New Zealand
  • Managing customer expectations and investigation of orders
  • Ensure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly, and escalated when required

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in Customer Service in a Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or FMCG organisation
  • Management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven problem solver
