About the opportunity
Manage a strong, motivated and driven Customer Service team. Supervise, nurture and develop key skills of the team to achieve results and support patients. Provide support to a market leading range of innovative devices to everyday people. Be genuinely committed to patient and customer satisfaction and you will grow and advance your career.
 
Duties

• Motivating the team to provide high level customer service
• Manage workflow and delegate tasks to ensure productivity and KPI's are achieved
• Maintain relationship with large team across Australia
• Managing customer expectations and investigation of orders
• Ensure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly, and escalated when required

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in Customer Service in a Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare organisation
• Management experience of a team
• SAP experience is desirable
• EDI experience
• Strong excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
• Strong communication skills
• Proven problem solver
