Customer Service Administrator - Immediate Start

Job description

  • 4 -6 week contract with immediate start
  • SAP experience essential in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals or FMCG
  • Must be available from Monday 22nd February

About the opportunity

Joining a team of dedicated Customer Service professionals, you will assist with data entry and administration for customer orders on a 4-6 week contract. You will be required to be proficient in using SAP for order processing and purchase orders.

Duties

  • Processing orders on SAP
  • Updating sales orders with PO details, customer information and release for invoicing
  • Management of the internal CRM system and ticketing
  • Support the administration and customer service team with adhoc data entry duties

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working within the medical device industry would be highly beneficial
  • Strong administration, data entry and high attention to detail is essential
  • Experience using SAP for order processing in the healthcare or FMCG industry is essential
  • Good communication
  • Excellent customer service skills
