About the opportunity
Join a dedicated and professional Customer Service team. Reporting to a highly supportive team leader you will utilise your high attention to detail, ability to problem solve and build relationships with customers.
Duties
Process incoming orders and manage consignment stock & loan kits
Respond to calls from customers and health care professionals and assist with queries
Provide excellent customer serviced through various communication methods
Maintain and build relationships with customer
Run reports and complete administration in a timely manner
Skills and Experience
Experience working in CRM systems
Previous experience in healthcare- medical devices preferred
Must have worked in a Customer Service role
High level communicator both written and verbal
Strong business acumen
