About the opportunity

In this role, you be responsible for delivering a high level of coordination support to community care staff across NSW, VIC, & QLD, within a busy office environment. You will be working closely with care workers, providing excellent customer service as well as scheduling and rostering the right support for aged care clients.

Duties

• Answering telephone calls, helping with service enquiries, email enquiries
• Ensure client schedules are filled
• Ensure continuity of client care is maintained
• Ensuring all service requests are scheduled accordingly
• General administrative duties
• Ensuring database is up to date with client and employee details and notes

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in aged care or disability sector is a must have
• Must have previous rostering experience
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
