About the opportunity
Project Manage logistical and operational support for all commercial & scientific engagements. Duties: Contract Management & service agreements
HCP engagement approvals
Invoicing & Budget management
Update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) events
Assting in venue sourcing & bookings
Liaising with 3rd party event companies
Manage other event realted administrative and operations activities
Attend neccessary uindistry meetings
Update all relevant trackers, softwares and databases
Purchase orders management
Manage all incoming Invoices, liaising with activity owners as needed
Interaction with Vendors Payment Queries
Attend TA monthly budget meetings, updating PO/activity as required
Skills and Experience
Proven ability to multitask, prioritise and manage competing deadlines
Excellent commnication skills
Ability to identify & solve problems
Systems savvy with extensive exposure to databases and ideally learning systems and platforms such as LMS
