About the opportunity
This role will bring together expertise in sales analytics, business insights and business partnering. You will report directly to the Senior Business Unit Director and support a team of Key Account Managers, Sales representatives and the wider Marketing team by identifying trends in sales and driving business objectives. Utilising your superior analytics capabilities, your strong PowerBI skills and your ability to act as a trusted business advisor, you will drive growth opportunities.
Duties
Support a team of Key Account Managers with data analysis
Monthly reporting on the performance of channels
Analyse varied data sets to drive business performance
Provide data driven insights to drive business decisions & outcomes
Use PowerBI to create visuals which aid in decision making
Conduct Market & competitor analysis
Manage & analyse sales data from wholesalers & IQVIA
Develop true business partnerships with key stakeholders across Sales & Marketing
Skills and Experience
Proven Business analytics experience
Proven Sales analytics experience
Displayed ability to build relationships with Sales & Marketing team members
Experience working with IMS/IQVIA
Strong PowerBI skills essential.
Strong excel skills essential.
Managed major data collection, cleansing and analytics adv.
Skilled development & maintenance of performance dashboards
Experience building business cases and identifying sales trends
Ability to work to multiple competing deadlines
Superior communication skills
