About the opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Not for Profit organisation to focus on leading a team of CRAs and CPM's to establish investigator led clinical trials, this is an opportunity to bring your operations and project management experience to an established organisation which prides itself on deliver high calibre trial experience. You will bring a proactive and technical background in clinical trials whilst ensuring your team have support and guidance to continually develop their clinical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Management of staff, recruitment, and retention

  • Experience in clinical project management and clinical operations

  • Knowledge and understanding of investigator led trials

  • Provide oversight of study protocols, feasibility, site selection, study documentation and budget forecasting

  • Engagement of national and international stakeholders to ensure diversity and strategy across clinical trials

  • Responsible and accountable for the operations of clinical trial program including key performance indicators

  • Prepare and manage budgets for each clinical trial

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of clinical budgets and forecasting

  • Bachelor degree in Health Science or relevant field

  • Experience in project and operations management across clinical trials

  • Understanding drug development process, GCP, regulatory, ethics submissions, site assessments/selections

  • Strong communication skills and management experience

  • Ideal for candidates from a research institute with line management experience
