- Operates with a broad, operational view of the department
- Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
- Clinical trials experience (Phase 1–4 preferred)
- Leadership experience at ANUM / NUM level or above
- Strong understanding of compliance, GCP, and clinical documentation standards
