About the Company

Our client is global research driven pharmaceutical company, that innovates, develops and delivers lifesaving drugs to patient's across the globe. They work across a few main therapy areas which are Oncology; Cardiovascular; CNS and Respiratory Disease.

About the role:

As clinical trial manager your role will be to lead clinical teams, work cross functionally and execute on project deliverables from initiation through to close out.

Duties:

• Direct drug development plans, conduct trial feasibility and site selection
• Oversee trial start up activities including budget negotiation and forecasting
• Manage ethics and regulatory submissions
• Facilitate conduction of recruitment activities
• Liaise with vendors and lead teams of CRA's and review monitoring reports
• Managing recruitment and monitoring phases of trials
• Work cross functionally with internal and external parties
• Conduct team meeting as necessary
• Oversee key CTMS systems in compliance with company requirements
• Contribute to audit preparation

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline, preferably in life science, or equivalent qualification
• 4-6 years' experience in clinical research, project management experience and a minimum of 2 years CRA experience
• Great understanding of international guidelines ICH-GCP as well as relevant local regulations
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams to deliver clinical trials according to or ahead of time plan, budget and with required quality
• Ability to travel nationally as required
