About the company
Our client is a global healthcare organization, offering competitive quality services to millions of patients each year. Their primary focus is forming strong relationships between patients and their doctors and medical staff. They aim to diversify their services offered such as primary care clinics, psychology services, imaging centres, telehealth services, and pharmacies.
 
About the opportunity
Join the international organization as a clinical research manager for the opportunity to collaborate with study staff members to aid in the success of the clinical trials and build positive relationships with patient's and HCP's. You will work firsthand in ensuring the trials are running at the highest standard and work as the bridge between the investigators and sponsors.
 
Duties
  • Help to bring visibility to clinical trials within the hospital settings
  • Work closely with stakeholders, sponsors, and investigators to establish the trials at each site
  • Manage finances and work towards agreed-upon budgets
  • Hold regular meetings to ensure the team is working collaboratively and efficiently
  • Assist study staff members in effectively identifying eligible patients for the study
  • Maintain confidentiality for patients and communicate regularly with team members and site staff
  • Ensure protocols are up to date, hold training, and confirm all relevant data has been collected
 
Skills and Experience
  • 3 - 5 years experience in clinical research
  • Registered nurse or qualified trial coordinator
  • An understanding of budgets and management of clinical trials
  • Oncology experience preferred
  • Experience with successfully managing and leading a multidisciplinary team
  • Rapport-building skills with patients and HCP's
