About the Opportunity

The CRA is responsible for all monitoring activities across mainly phase II trials and will liaise between the internal team members and the sites, contribute to training and process improvements.

Duties

• Perform all monitoring tasks on site, following company SOP's and coordinate clinical trial supplies
• Perform and contribute to all pharmacovigilance activities
• Communicate between all stakeholders and schedule meetings as required
• Handle all administrative tasks including company reporting
• Contribute to training and development by upskilling and coaching junior staff members
• Follow workplace health and safety actions and contribute to process improvements

Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in life sciences
• 1-2 Years independent monitoring experience
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas, preferably oncology, neurodegenerative or autism
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively across a multidisciplinary team
• Full Australian driving License and working rights
