About the opportunity

Working within the leadership team you will lead, motivate & develop your clinical team ensuring that a high level of person-centred clinical care is provided to residents within this new facility within the Moreton Bay region of QLD.

This role is supported by an experienced & dedicated facility & care manager, working permanent part time hours.

Utilising your excellent communication & leadership skills, you will provide overall clinical guidance & advice to residents surrounding their clinical care, undertaking resident case conferences & assessments ensuring care & lifestyle needs are met & maintained.

Having previous experience with the training & development of clinical team members, you will be a collaborative leader with the ability to recognise areas for improvements/educational opportunities for your team.

Duties

• Provide clinical care & advice to residents
• Undertaking resident assessments
• Accurate completion of relevant documentation
• Review & update resident documentation
• Motivation, training & development of clinical team members
• Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met

Skills and Experience

• AHPRA RN registration
• Experience working within a similar role
• Accreditation knowledge & experience
• Leadership experience
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong communication skills
