About the company
Our client is a market leading NFP organisation, who provided person focused care services throughout Australia.
About the opportunity
Working closely with the Care Team, you will play an integral part in the development and implementation of procedures that will ensure all clinical and care requirements are met. This will include care planning, analysis, implementation and making sure all clinical documentation is completed accurately. You will need to be a mentor as well as supervising nursing and support staff and coordinate and help implement the facilities education program.
Duties
- Help to manage client care
- Monitor and coordinate treatment plans
- Educate clients about their condition
- Make appropriate referrals to health care providers
- Monitor and evaluate client's progress
- Ensure a high level of clinical care at all times
Skills and Experience
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- 3 years or more residential aged care experience
- Good knowledge of ACFI and Accreditation process
- Strong Clinical Skills
- Current Police Check
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
