As the Business Development Manager, you will play an important role in driving business for company assets throughout Australia. Your role will have national scope, with a primary focus on NSW & Victoria GP Medical Clinics and Pharmacies. You will report directly to the GM and be responsible for collaborating and communicating sales strategies, budgets, and overall business goals to promote business growth.
Contribute to business opportunities by developing growth strategies & plans
Manage & retain relationships with existing GP Clinics & Pharmacies
Building growth into assets & optimising existing assets
Contribute to business proposal creation
Converse with clients using strong commercial acumen
Negotiating with stakeholders
Identifying & mapping business strengths & customer needs
Skills and Experience
3-5 years B2B Sales experience with a preference for healthcare
Demonstrated sales performance in a territory sales role
Previous experience calling upon GP Clinics/Pharmacies, including Head Office/Aged Care Facilities would enable you to hit the ground running in this role
Strong ability to think analytically & strategically
Strong written & verbal communication
Flexible & versatile with strong problem-solving abilities
Positive attitude & naturally driven
