This 150 bed aged care facility is looking for 2 super stars to join the administration team.

In this role you will enjoy working with a small team of 8 within the office, supporting the clinical care staff of this 150 bed aged care facility.

Duties include:

  • Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
  • Greeting visitors at reception
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Arranging post and deliveries
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Typing up letters and reports
  • Updating computer records using a database
  • Printing and photocopying
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Maintaining office systems
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR

Essential Criteria:

  • 3+ years administration experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
  • Aged care Industry experience, preferred
  • Be thorough and pay attention to detail
  • Able to work well with others and on your own
  • Sensitivity and understanding
  • Flexible and open to change
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Let us know if you speak Croatian, highly regarded but not essential
