As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate management of debtor accounts. Your responsibilities will include:
You’ll report directly to the Finance Manager and Financial Controller, working closely with a small, focused finance team including Accounts Payable and two Accountants.

About the Role
As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate management of debtor accounts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Allocating incoming payments with accuracy using remittances and invoice data
- Managing customer credit accounts, including order blocks/releases
- Investigating and resolving outstanding or unreconciled invoices
- Maintaining up-to-date customer credit histories
- Proactively communicating and escalating high-risk accounts
- Generating customer account statements and financial reports
- Supporting administrative and filing tasks within accounts receivable
- 2–4 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable and Credit Control
- Hands-on experience with SAP is essential
- Industry background in medical devices or healthcare is highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Full Working Rights Within Australia (Open to WHV if can work 3 months+)
