The Company
Our client is a Global Leader for developing innovative products across Diagnostics. The company is well established throughout Australia, and they are well reputed for developing their people internally. Our client has multiple launches in their pipeline and therefore, are looking to further expand throughout Australia.
The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an Account Manager to drive Sales across all NSW accounts. In addition to performing Account Management duties, this role also involves aspects of Key Account Management, with plenty of engagement with Account C-suites, Commercial Managers, and stakeholders. The Account Manager position will have a strong focus on Clinical Diagnostics and will allow you to be involved in future product launches. This role reports into the National Sales Manager, who is a supportive, collaborative, and motivated Manager who wants to see their employees develop and succeed. They encourage autonomous work and don’t micromanage.
Requirements
- Experience working across Diagnostics or Life Sciences
- Proven ability to manage a large territory
- Strong account management capabilities
- Proven ability to hit Sales targets
- Ability to work both autonomously & collaboratively
- Self-confidence, persistence, initiative, and enthusiasm
- Proven ability to build rapport & gain trust
- Strong organisational & time management skills
- Experience working in a laboratory environment adv.
