About the Opportunity
As the Account Manager, you will play an important role in B2B commercial sales across NSW. You will work to ensure customer relationships are being maintained and developed in order to grow this company's presence throughout NSW. This role will require you to have the ability to collaborate with the cross functional team to ensure all customer requests are being transmitted back to the appropriate departments.
Ability to identify new business opportunities
Develop & maintain internal & external relationships with stakeholders
Act as a true business partner to ensure commercially beneficial outcomes for both parties
Work to ensure B2B sales are being executed
Identify & resolve customer issues to maintain trust & value
Attend conferences, trade shows, & important meetings
Skills and Experience
Proven sales experience in healthcare
Proven ability to partner with clinic owners advantageous
Strong rapport building capabilities
Flexible & versatile with strong problem-solving abilities
Positive attitude & naturally driven
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Clinical experience advantageous
