About the Role As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate management of debtor accounts. Your responsibilities will include: Allocating incoming payments with accuracy using remittances and invoice data Managing customer credit accounts, including order blocks/releases Investigating and resolving outstanding or unreconciled invoices Maintaining up-to-date customer credit histories Proactively communicating and escalating high-risk accounts Generating customer account statements and financial reports Supporting administrative and filing tasks within accounts receivable What You Bring 2–4 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Hands-on experience with SAP is essential Industry background in medical devices or healthcare is highly advantageous Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Full Working Rights Within Australia (Open to WHV if can work 3 months+) Team Structure & Interview Process You’ll report directly to the Finance Manager and Financial Controller, working closely with a small, focused finance team including Accounts Payable and two Accountants. 1 stage interview onsite!
